For people, organizations and patients seeking for balance
One morning, just before my 30th birthday, my Dad called at 6 am to tell me that my Mum had died in a tragic accident.
Not long after, I discovered I needed fertility treatment. For eight years, I lived with the uncertainty, guilt, anger and sadness of not knowing if I would ever become a mum.
It was a lot to carry. I threw myself into my career, until I found myself exhausted and close to burnout.
For 15 years, I explored, tested and researched different ways to stop stress from taking over my life.
But I couldn’t find one solution that truly met all my needs. So I decided to create one myself: THEE PUZZLE.
As I learned more about stress, I became fascinated by how everything connects. I wanted to bring the pieces together, drawing on science* to bridge the gap between understanding stress and knowing what to do about it in everyday life.
*The science behind THEe PUZZLE is: the positive psychology theory (ex. Carl Roger, Marshall Rosenberg), the theory of emotions and embodied cognition (ex. Lisa Barrett), behavioral and analytical psychology (eg. Carl Jung), neuroscience (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) from Steven Hayes) and Quatum physics (eg Philippe Guillemant, Etienne Klein).
